ecExperts conducts courses for candidates before they start their contracts of employments. These courses could be client-specific or general to the work culture in the new work environment.

EcExperts conducts a Personal Effectiveness and Spoken English course for all its candidates who are taking an overseas posting for the first time.

To promote and improve oral communication skills, self-confidence and personal effectiveness in the workplace or in public, in one's own culture and cross-cultural environment.

The course will run over a period of 3 training days of 7 hours per day, to include classroom and practical work, outside visits, tutorials and group assessment.
