PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND SPOKEN ENGLISH COURSE:

To promote and improve oral communication skills, self-confidence
and personal effectiveness in the workplace or in public, in one's
own culture and cross-cultural environment.
The course will run over a period of 3 training days of 7 hours
per day, to include classroom and practical work, outside visits,
tutorials and group assessment.
